It includes special thematic tours and location-based optimal routes, indoor location, way-finding, push notifications, events calendar, and even Augmented Reality and Gamification functionalities to provide an integrated cultural experience to the visitors. These are only a few of the features that the audiences can enjoy from their mobile devices through the institutions’ private branded audio guide application. Using HPE Aruba Beacons and the Meridian Mobile App Platform on the back end, cultural organizations can gather valuable data on visitors’ behavior and needs on-site and use them for even more personalized experiences.
