At Uni Systems, we know that digital transformation journey requires: vision, strategy, agility, commitment to change and, mostly, unique people. For an organization that operates successfully for more than half of a century, change and constant adaptation at all levels, is fundamental.

We were among the first to embark in the Information Technology journey and, today, we pride ourselves on still being at the forefront of innovation with a proven record of numerous accomplishments and successful ICT implementations across Europe that have a positive impact on the societies we live in.

Our Corporate Governance Model

Uni Systems, member of the Quest Group operates under a coherent, regulated while flexible Corporate Governance Framework that promotes cooperation and transparency. The Corporate Governance Framework follows key directives from the Quest Group, adapted to the specific characteristics of Uni Systems' business.

The Board of Directors provides strategic directions for the organization and establishes policies based on specific governance regulations and always in compliance with Domestic & European legislation and best practices.

The Company’s Business Unit Directors with well-defined roles are responsible for the operation of the different horizontal, vertical, geographical or supporting units running the Company.
