Application process

After reviewing all applications, and for those candidates whose skills and experience correspond to the position requirements, someone from our HR Team will contact them with next steps, usually within two weeks*. In case they are selected to move forward, we will be in touch to arrange an interview with our UniQue Team. Our recruitment process steps are described below. There are, however, exceptions depending on the role someone is applying for - there might be a couple of more steps added or removed.

  • Application submission
  • HR screening / shortlisting
  • 1st interview with our HR Team, Hiring Manager and/or Senior Team member
  • 2nd interview / Case study assignment
  • Offer letter: Welcome on board!
