The ALAMEDA Healthcare Innovation Hub & Ecosystem (Project: ALAMEDA - Delivering better care and quality of life for people with brain disorders)

The ALAMEDA Healthcare Innovation Hub has been included in the “Exploring” category by the Innovation Radar. Innovations in this category are in the early phases of technological readiness, but already show high commitment levels from the organizations developing them. The ALAMEDA Healthcare Innovation Hub is a Community Hub for AI solutions addressing the improvement of quality of life for patients with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Stroke. It aspires to be the entry point to accessing the ALAMEDA AI Toolkit services and to enable external digital healthcare stakeholders to access available datasets (e.g. anonymized patient datasets). Its intuitive user interface offers access to the methods, datasets (anonymous), source code and service demonstrations that allows users to test and apply ALAMEDA results in other relevant domains.

The complete 5G-INDUCE orchestration platform (Project: 5G-INDUCE - Open cooperative 5G experimentation platforms for the industrial sector NetApps)

The complete 5G-INDUCE orchestration platform has been included in the “Tech Ready” category by the Innovation Radar. This category consists of innovations progressing on technology development process, considered to be ‘Advanced on technology preparation’. The 5G-INDUCE project builds the enabling open and cooperative 5G network platforms that will allow the showcasing and evaluation of advanced network applications (NetApps) developed primarily by innovative SMEs, supporting emerging, as well as innovative services related to the industry 4.0 environment. The project is envisioned to become the de-facto end-to-end 5G system platform designed to cope with the most stringent performance, security, and scalability demands of Industry 4.0 applications, thus opening-up business opportunities for SMEs and startups that will bring added-value to industrial verticals.
